6. Data Retention

Real estate transaction records may be retained for up to three (3) years or longer as required by California law.

8. Children's Privacy

11. "Do Not Track" and Global Privacy Control
California law (CalOPPA) requires us to disclose how we respond to "Do Not Track" (DNT) signals. We currently do not alter our data collection practices in response to DNT signals. However, we honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals where technically feasible, treating them as a valid opt-out request under CCPA/CPRA.
